1. תוקף התנאים וההגבלות הכלליים
1.1. תנאים
1.1.1. The Urban eSIM website is managed and operated by Keepgo, with connectivity services being supplied by the same entity.
1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by Urban eSIM in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients.
By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement.

1.3.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of Client’s personal information. By using our services, the Client agrees to our Privacy Policy.

1.4.1. Urban eSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.
1.4.2. In using the Services provided by Urban eSIM, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, Urban eSIM may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.
1.4.3. All bundles offered by Urban eSIM are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.

1.5.2. After the refund is processed it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show on the Client’s payment card statement (if the payment was made via credit card). Via PayPal, it takes several minutes after issuing a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method (i.e. credit card or PayPal) used to make the purchase.
1.5.3. All refunds (except crypto payments) are subject to a 10% fee due to credit card and other payment system charges and processing resources required to provide a product and then cancel it and issue a refund.
1.5.4. Urban eSIM may offer data in an amount equal to what the Client paid for any accidental purchases.

1.5.6. Urban eSIM reserves the right to terminate services at any time. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

(TRC20)’, ‘ETH (TRC20)’, ‘ETH (BEP20)’, ‘DAI (BEP20)’, ‘USDT (BEP20)’, ‘DESU (BEP20)’, ‘ADA (BEP20)’, ‘USDC (BEP20)’, ‘BTCB (BEP20)’, ‘CSC’. Please note that there is a minimum limit for the payment for each cryptocurrency.
2. תוכנית שותפים
2.1. By joining the Urban eSIM Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner will recommend to their users Urban eSIM eSIM products through their unique affiliate link.

2.3. The Affiliate Partner will earn a commission from the net revenue generated through purchases made using their affiliate link. Partners must accumulate a minimum of USD 25 in commissions before a payout is made. If the commission balance is below USD 25, the amount will roll over to the following month.

2.6. Urban eSIM reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at

2.7. Urban eSIM reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:

2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email notification from Urban eSIM upon the first product purchase made through their affiliate link.
2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track their commissions at any time using the online daily reports provided by Urban eSIM.
2.11. Urban eSIM provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.
2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the provided tools and resources in compliance with Urban eSIM guidelines and policies. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports, or API may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement.
2.13. Urban eSIM will provide necessary technical support and assistance to help the Affiliate Partner effectively use the Affiliate Toolbar, access reports, and integrate the API.

3.1. By participating in the Urban eSIM Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter referred to as “Advocate”) can earn free data for every person who purchases their first Urban eSIM product using the Advocate’s unique referral link.

b. Reward Issuance: The reward will be created within 6 hours of a successful purchase and sent via email within 7 days. The Advocate should check their inbox using the keyword “Urban eSIM” if they do not receive the notification mail.
3.6. For any issues or further assistance, the Advocate and the referred friend can contact Urban eSIM support at support@urbanesim.com.
3.7. The Advocate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Urban eSIM Referral Program. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
3.8. Urban eSIM reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Advocate in writing at least 5 days

4.2. Network operators in countries could be changed by the Urban eSIM without notice.

5.1. In no event shall Urban eSIM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of
the use or inability to use the materials on Urban eSIM Internet site, even if Urban eSIM has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
